SQL Developer 설치 후 실행
왼쪽 위에 [+] 클릭

데이터 베이스 설치 시 설정한 SID (기본값 : ex) #설정 하지 않았으면 기본값 : orcl |
작성 완료 후 [테스트] 클릭시 왼쪽 밑에 [상태 : 성공]이라고 뜨면 [접속]
