다운로드 후 [sqldeveloper] 클릭해서 설치
SQL Developer 설치 후 실행
왼쪽 위에 [+] 클릭

작성 완료 후 [테스트] 클릭시 왼쪽 밑에 [상태 : 성공]이라고 뜨면 [접속]
